from comayagua, honduras, comes this wonderful washed coffee. clean, sweet, warm: it's the perfect coffee to start, continue, or end your day with. we find ourselves brewing this at the shop often, for our own enjoyment mostly. it's good hot, it's good iced, it's good as soup, and even with milk. it's just a really dependable, lovely coffee. we are stoked to have worked with abel giron for the first time, as we really find that you can experience the dedication and passion he has for his craft, with this coffee. las botijas has won awards in the past for their dedication to the pacamara varietal, and it absolutely shows.
